Float on

Woke up this morning to the sun streaming through my window.... makes a nice change to the blare of the alarm clock! So glad that the weather is finally warming up which means Summer is on it's way! 

I'm pretty lucky that I my office is so close the Southbank so my lunchtimes are usually spent sitting by the river and soaking up the sunshine and after work drinks are spent sat outside with a glass of wine. On Thursday we decided to start this tradition early and found a cute little bar along the river and braved the nippy air with a glass of champagne and admired the view. 

Sometimes I love living in London.

I couldn't resist posting this street style of the girl below... pretty much just for the trousers. They're just perfect. The length... the colour.. the polka dot print! I love how she's teamed it with a matching blue jacket and those cute peep toe sandals. Now hurry up spring - can't have my ankles catching a cold!

Bookworm

So after a long arm of paperwork and references - I'm now officially moving house. I love the little flat I'm in now, but there comes a time when a small single room is not enough. We're also on the ground floor, so moving into a three floor house with all it's stairs is actually getting me quite excited... who knew.

Now for some inspiration for that said room. Wouldn't it be great to have a room just for all your books!

Style Paparazzi Twenty One

Ever since I saw that candy coloured Spring/Summer Mulberry campaign, I've been coveting Spring and it's gorgeous pastel palette like nobody's business... I'm drawn to everything from peppermint green to lemon sorbet. (Sounds sickly - but I assure it's not!)

These three girls caught my eye immediately. That fresh minty green hue is right up my street. Whether you team it with neutral basics a la girl one or with trusty denims a la girl three, you're guaranteed a winner of a look. Sweet dreams!

Tyrannosaurus

Every season Sophie Hulme launches a new collectable charm with each purchase, and I was really excited to find out this season it was a dinosaur. The little Jurassic creature also appears in the jewellery pieces as well as a really fun dinosaur lace. I'm in love.
