Style Paparazzi twenty four

So it seems the rain is definitely not letting up huh. I'm been yearning for the morning when I can leave the house without a jacket and an umbrella! Enough of the whining... here's to this weeks' street style post. I've still not had my fair share of pastels so I'm afraid I had to share some more. I love the mix of the pale pink alongside that gorgeous mint and how she's even matched it to her cute pumps. Oh and if you look a little closer you just see her lilac gingham collar poking out! 

It's enough to give you a sweet tooth!

I'm completely smitten with these gorgeous illustration from Elisa Mazzone... I just love delicate line work oh and of course those pastel shades. 

Barton Hollow

I've been a fan of this duo for a while now, but have only recently fully appreciated how amazing their album actually is. I can't seem to stop listening to it... especially this track. I love how perfect their voices sound together... it's just dreamy. So hit play and enjoy. 

Bedside Manner

A bedside table is pretty much a necessity for me. I love having somewhere I can have all my favourite bits within reach to my bed. Yep, I'm lazy. 

So, how cool is this functional stack of books that doubles as a bedside table. I really love the playful design and just look at all those cubby holes!

Style Paparazzi Twenty Three

After that cheeky hint of Summer we had a few weeks ago, I've been dreaming of warmer days. Looking out at a grey sky just isn't very inspiring is it? So this weeks street style has me thinking ahead to  my perfect summer ensemble. I love the mix of clashing prints - spots, stripes and florals... yes please. Also loving the pop of colour with the pink clutch perfectly topped off with that gorgeous hat.

Puppy love

So I'm all moved in to the new house and we're still without internet... thus the silence on the blog. Although i'm missing catching up on all my daily blog reads, updating twitter and refreshing facebook - I'm actually quite enjoying the break from it. Not sure how long I can keep it up for mind! 

Now back to the task in hand. I came across these images from Paper Magazine and just had to share. I'm definitely a dog person... I mean I love cats, but I just find dogs a little more cuddly. I love how they've made the pooches the main focus of the shot and have hidden the model faces. Pure love for the cute spaniel! 

Float on

Woke up this morning to the sun streaming through my window.... makes a nice change to the blare of the alarm clock! So glad that the weather is finally warming up which means Summer is on it's way! 

I'm pretty lucky that I my office is so close the Southbank so my lunchtimes are usually spent sitting by the river and soaking up the sunshine and after work drinks are spent sat outside with a glass of wine. On Thursday we decided to start this tradition early and found a cute little bar along the river and braved the nippy air with a glass of champagne and admired the view. 

Sometimes I love living in London.

I couldn't resist posting this street style of the girl below... pretty much just for the trousers. They're just perfect. The length... the colour.. the polka dot print! I love how she's teamed it with a matching blue jacket and those cute peep toe sandals. Now hurry up spring - can't have my ankles catching a cold!

Bookworm

So after a long arm of paperwork and references - I'm now officially moving house. I love the little flat I'm in now, but there comes a time when a small single room is not enough. We're also on the ground floor, so moving into a three floor house with all it's stairs is actually getting me quite excited... who knew.

Now for some inspiration for that said room. Wouldn't it be great to have a room just for all your books!
