Fox and Flower

Recently discovered the amazing prints from Kari Herer over on her site, and have fallen in love with her drawings of animals - in particular the fox! I love how she's managed to capture the delicate tone and those pinks and oranges are so gorgeous.

I've always been a fan of Kate Bosworth's style - and this outfit is no exception! The mix of neutral colours in different textures is just perfect and I love how she's added the tan tones in her sandals and bracelet. This is the perfect outfit to wear with a tan... if we ever get a summer!

Home Sweet Home

I'm back on dry land... and just about getting used to it (my body still thinks we're on a moving ship!)

I miss drawing back the curtains every morning and finding myself in a new country and yet another adventure. I've eaten so much good food (as well as copious amounts of fine wine and cocktails!) and have had the pleasure of visiting some amazing destinations - all in 7 days! 

Expect some more pics soon... but right now it's time to catch up on sleep!

Leaving on a jet plane

This is a scheduled post as i'm off on holiday today and I'm so happy to be leaving the rainy weather behind - it's supposed to be June! So whilst you're reading this, I'll be on my way to Pisa. I've never been to Italy (even though I studied Italian up until my GCSE's!) and i'm pretty darn excited. We're going to be boarding a cruise while we're there (again something i've never done before!) and will be travelling to Cannes, Nice, Barcelona and Gibraltar. Can't wait for some sunshine! I'll be also taking some retro disposable camera's with me so expect some grainy pics on my return...

Yes You Can

There are just some days when you feel really unmotivated. Even when the sun is shining all I want to do is hide under the duvet... 

But I feel if I had one of Julia's prints on the wall, it might make things a little easier... probably. 

Style Paparazzi Twenty Eight

I'm a self confessed jean junkie... there I said it. I pretty much live in my skinnies and have them in every colour and wash you could imagine. I love the girl below and how she's jazzed up her boyfriend jeans with a pale blue shirt and cute bow tie. Adding just the right amount of girliness with a slight heel and showing off her ankles. Perfect.

French Kissing

Another day... and more rain. I don't know about you but I'm sick of the sight of my umbrella - it's June for goodness sake! Where are you sunshine? So to cheer myself up i've been listening to these guys.

They sounds a little bit like the Foals, which isn't a bad thing and definitely make me want to bop around. 

French Soul Party are going to be a future sunbathing soundtrack, I can feel it. 

Illustrate

Sometimes I really wish I could draw. Especially when I come across talented people like Charlotte Trounce. I just love her work... but i'm a sucker for some cute illustrations. 

Dressing Up

Now that we've been in our new house for a few months, I'm determined to decorate my room into the perfect boudoir and I'm on the hunt for the perfect dressing table. 

Aside from hunting on eBay and local antique shops, I can't find anything in my budget! I'll just have to dream whilst looking at these for inspiration...
